This site offers webinars, listed on the side. Some are free as are some of the programs they provide, but there are classes and consultations that you have to pay for. Since they are based in the mountains of NC, they even offer a class on Southern and Appalachian Folk Medicine.

National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health There is even a link leading to how herbs interact with medications. -- Jane Newsom This website is from Brevard in the Blue Ridge Mountains of good old NC. They have lists of herbs for different health concerns. There is also an alphabetical listing of herbs along the bottom. I found it nice to look at.

Annie's Remedy Herbs -- Wanda Campbell While scouring the internet for interesting websites the ladies may enjoy, I came across one for North Carolina. The site is an interactive timeline exhibit with historical bits from the 1500's to the 2000's. I found it an interesting read and decided to share with you ladies as well.
